Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP seeks an Innovation & Transformation Manager (Private Investment Funds) in Boston or New York to lead tech enablement, process improvement, and transformation across practice groups. You will partner with lawyers to shape roadmaps, prioritize demand, and deliver end-to-end change.

The role requires JD or equivalent, strong client-focused communication, and a track record in legal tech adoption, with measurable outcomes and cross-functional collaboration across the firm.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent qualifications in law or related field.
• Experience with Private Investment Funds, Private Equity, or Global Finance.
• Proven track record in legal innovation, legal operations, or process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience leading adoption and change for technology-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between Innovation & Transformation and the practice, surfacing needs and shaping opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a practice-aligned innovation roadmap with prioritized tech, process, and operating changes.
• Translate lawyer needs into clear requirements, use cases, and solution specifications.
• Lead pilots and rollout adoption with measurable outcomes tied to practice goals.
• Collaborate with Practice Management, Knowledge Management, BD/Marketing, Procurement, Security, and IT.
