Proskauer Rose LLP seeks an Innovation & Transformation Lawyer (Private Investment Funds) to join our team in New York or Boston. You will shape the roadmap for practice-facing transformation, translate lawyer needs into tangible tools and processes, and drive measurable improvements in matter lifecycle management and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission in good standing.
• 2+ years in a global law firm, preferably in Private Investment Funds or related practice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between Innovation & Transformation and the practice.
• Develop and maintain a practice-aligned innovation roadmap.
• Lead requirement gathering through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Lead legal service transformation to improve matter delivery and workflows.
• Oversee pilots, rollouts, and adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI and responsible-use practices.
• Support client engagement on innovation topics and respond to requests.
• Own adoption, benefits, and performance measurement with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Practice Management, KM, BD/Marketing, IT, and other functions.
• Ensure tool use complies with security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Provide line management to direct reports as needed.
