Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking an Innovation & Transformation Manager (Private Investment Funds) to lead a practice-aligned roadmap across New York or Boston. The role partners with lawyers to identify demand, shape opportunities, and deliver technology-enabled improvements in matter lifecycle management and client collaboration.

You will oversee pilots and adoption of AI, ensuring governance, compliance, and sustained value with a focus on Private Investment Funds and related finance practices.

Qualifications

• Legal qualification (JD or equivalent) or equivalent experience intersecting law, technology, and transformation.
• Experience with Private Investment Funds, Private Equity, or global finance; understanding of transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between Innovation & Transformation and the practice, surfacing needs and shaping opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a practice-aligned innovation roadmap.
• Lead the identification and framing of practice demand through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Lead legal service transformation and redesign workflows for efficient matter delivery.
• Drive pilots, rollouts, adoption, and measurable outcomes aligned with practice goals.
