Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking an Innovation & Transformation Specialist (Practice Engagement) in New York. You will work directly with lawyers to understand how they deliver legal services, surface opportunities to improve, and land change on the ground across practices and regions.

You will shape demand, support pilots, and contribute to responsible use of AI in legal practice while collaborating with colleagues to deliver measurable change in matter delivery and client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2 years supporting lawyers or knowledge workers.
Familiarity with the legal practice environment and funds/corporate exposure.
Interest in legal technology, generative AI and process improvement.
Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Support the practice-facing work of Innovation & Transformation, engaging lawyers to surface opportunities across legal technology and process improvement.
Shape demand by framing lawyer ideas into defined opportunities for triage and intake.
Contribute to legal service transformation by redesigning workflows and matter delivery models with lawyers and teams.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes through training and embedding into matter workflows.
