Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in Springdale, AR, seeks a Senior Manager, BU Innovation to set the innovation direction for the Foodservice Value Added Poultry category.

You will translate category strategy and customer needs into prioritized platforms and lead major initiatives from concept through in-market performance. You will influence senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Strategy, coaching managers and delivering profit, volume, and share growth while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in innovation, marketing, consumer insights, brand strategy, and P&L management.
• Forward-thinking problem solver with strong collaboration to support strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most strategically significant and complex product, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives from concept to in-market performance.
• Develop executive-level innovation narratives and recommendations and drive partnerships with Sales and Channel Marketing.
• Coach and develop Managers and Associate Managers and oversee cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery.
