Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking an Assistant Manager, BU Innovation to help translate strategic priorities into customer-focused initiatives across marketing, sales, R&D, packaging and supply chain.

You will support projects from early planning through execution, building cross-functional leadership skills and contributing to volume, profit, and share objectives within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with standard business productivity tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems are required.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for cross-functional audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support Innovation Managers in developing initiatives to advance volume, profit, and market-share objectives.
• Build knowledge of Tyson systems and stage-gate requirements to move projects from concept to commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners, clarify deliverables and timelines, and maintain program alignment.
• Partner with customer teams to develop plans, feasibility assessment, and in-market performance tracking.
• Contribute to business plans to deliver category financial, growth, and share objectives.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in product and packaging design plans to support renovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer strategies and integrate insights into plans.
