You will shape long and short-term strategies, develop new product and packaging ideas, and drive go-to-market plans to meet growth, profit, and share objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or BBA preferred.
• Minimum 6+ direct Product Innovation or Marketing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the RVAP innovation pipeline and strategies aligned to long-range and annual plans.
• Lead development and execution of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to in-market performance.
• Collaborate with PMO, insights, R&D, Brand Marketing, and Sales to advance projects through Stage-Gate processes.
• Identify growth opportunities using syndicated research, primary research, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop consumer positioning and communicate product advantages to customers and consumers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize offerings to meet consumer and operator needs, with clear POD vs. competitors.
• Drive forecasts and plan activities with analytics, marketing, and sales to maximize opportunities and BU objectives.
