Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, RVAP Innovation to drive innovation across the Tyson brand. The role develops long- and short-term strategies, ideas, and go-to-market approaches to fuel growth through innovation and deliver on profit, volume, and share objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or BBA preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the RVAP innovation pipeline and strategies feeding long-range and annual plans.
• Lead development and execution of product and packaging innovation projects from concept to market success.
• Collaborate with PMO, cross-functional teams, and corporate functions to advance projects.
