Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations.
• Proven ability to build processes and launch frameworks at scale.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management to align senior leaders.
• Able to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with limited data.
• Results-oriented and able to translate goals into executable plans with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the communication hub for the leadership group across functions.
• Act as connective tissue holding the system to shared deadlines.
• Map dependencies early and surface risks.
• Maintain a live picture of launch status for fast decisions.
• Own the launch cadence with weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure readiness components across sales, marketing, pricing, onboarding.
• Drive post-launch stabilization by monitoring early adoption and feedback.
• Contribute to analyses and mapping for new growth initiatives.
• Prepare executives for reviews and investment discussions.
