Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Innovation Delivery Manager to operationalize launch plans for AI-enabled legal products, coordinating Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

You translate strategy into executable roadmaps, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive cross-functional execution to scale growth and monetization across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations.
• Proven track record building processes, operating models, or launch frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and making decisions with imperfect data.

Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans with timelines, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the communication and alignment hub across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Own the launch operating rhythm—weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional syncs, readiness reviews.
• Maintain a live picture of launch status across all workstreams for fast decision-making.
• Support executive reviews, steering committees, and investment discussions to show progression from concept to funded launch.
• Drive post-launch stabilization by gathering feedback and closing gaps across GTM and customer-facing teams.
