Thomson Reuters is seeking an Innovation Delivery Manager to orchestrate product launches from strategy to scale. You will connect Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ship initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience across program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans including timelines, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the communication and alignment hub for the innovation leadership group across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Act as connective tissue across all functions, holding the whole system accountable to clarity and deadlines.
• Map dependencies, sequence work, surface risk, and partner with core teams to elevate and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain a live picture of launch status against milestones across all workstreams for fast decision-making.
• Own the launch operating rhythm—weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional syncs, readiness reviews.
• Keep launch readiness components on track (sales plays, content, pricing, onboarding, support) and track quality.
• Drive post-launch stabilization by watching adoption, gathering feedback, closing gaps, and ensuring visibility into results.
• Contribute analysis and mapping on new growth initiatives; help shape commercialization approaches.
• Support preparation for executive reviews and investment discussions showing how ideas become funded launches.
