Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience across program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations.
• Proven ability to build processes, operating models, or launch frameworks at scale.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders and peer teams.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and make decisions with imperfect data.
• Results-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to quality.

Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the communication hub across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Act as the connective tissue across functions and maintain alignment with deadlines.
• Map dependencies, surface risks early, and collaborate to resolve blockers.
• Maintain live launch status and progress across workstreams for fast decision-making.
• Own the launch operating rhythm with weekly meetings and readiness reviews.
• Keep launch readiness components on track (sales plays, content, pricing, onboarding, support).
• Drive post-launch stabilization by monitoring adoption and gathering feedback from GTM and customer-facing teams.
• Contribute to new growth initiatives with analysis and dependency mapping.
• Support executive reviews and investment discussions with clear business cases.
