Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Innovation Delivery Manager in the United States to lead the end-to-end launch of AI-driven legal products. You will coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate strategy into executable plans and milestones.

You will own the launch rhythm, manage dependencies, and drive readiness across sales content, pricing, onboarding, and post-launch stabilization, while contributing to new growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, GTM, product commercialization, or operations.
• Proven track record building scalable processes or launch frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influence.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and make decisions with imperfect data.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans with timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the hub for alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and more.
• Map dependencies, surface risks, and drive resolution to blockers.
• Maintain launch status across workstreams for fast decision-making.
• Own the launch operating rhythm and cross-functional syncs.
• Ensure readiness components like sales, marketing, pricing, onboarding are tracked.
• Drive post-launch stabilization and gather adoption feedback.
• Support executive reviews and investment discussions.
