Thomson Reuters is seeking an Innovation Delivery Manager to serve as the operational lead for launching and commercializing AI-driven tools in Legal Tech. You will translate strategy into executable plans, coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Ops, and drive the launch rhythm with data-driven decisions.

This role offers front-row exposure to growth, pricing, packaging, and a funded launch, with a focus on outcomes and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, GTM or operations.
• Proven ability to scale processes and launch frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience guiding SaaS or AI-enabled products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as hub for cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Ops.
• Act as connective tissue to keep all functions aligned to deadlines.
• Map dependencies early and surface risks to prevent delays.
• Maintain live launch status reports across workstreams.
• Own the launch operating rhythm with weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Keep readiness components (sales, content, pricing, onboarding) on track.
• Drive post-launch stabilization by monitoring adoption and gathering feedback.
• Contribute analysis and mapping for new growth initiatives.
• Support exec reviews and investment discussions with clear options.
