You translate strategy into executable plans, align Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, and maintain launch rhythm across all workstreams.

The role emphasizes owning outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders, and advancing AI-enabled growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated experience across program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations.
Proven track record building processes, operating models, or launch frameworks at scale.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influence across senior leaders and peer teams.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive decisions with imperfect data.
Results-oriented with a history of delivering outcomes on time and to quality.

Responsibilities

Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans with timelines and milestones.
Act as hub for alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
Maintain launch status and progress against milestones across all workstreams.
Lead weekly launch rhythm meetings and cross-functional syncs to drive momentum.
Ensure readiness components (sales plays, marketing content, pricing, onboarding) stay on track.
Drive post-launch stabilization by monitoring adoption and feedback, closing gaps.
