Experience supporting attorneys, clients, or internal stakeholders through change.

Responsibilities

Leads initiatives to improve delivery of legal services through process optimization and technology enablement.
Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value in workflows.
Partners with attorneys and practice teams to implement and improve processes, tools, and solutions.
Provides guidance on practice innovation, legal tech, and service delivery strategies.
Designs tools, dashboards, and resources offering visibility into matter metrics.
