Qualifications

• Requires JD and bar admission (MA or NY preferred).
• Experience in litigation or knowledge management in a law firm, with strong understanding of AI/tech in legal workflows.
• Ability to develop creative alternatives and secure buy-in for new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive high-impact AI-enabled workflows for contested matters.
• Lead implementation plans and pilot programs with IT for integration into department workflows.
• Participate in technology governance, vendor reviews, and security/compliance processes.
• Contribute practitioner perspectives on tool selection, build-vs-buy, and data handling for vendors.
• Convert department knowledge into AI-ready assets and knowledge systems.
• Educate attorneys and staff on effective use of generative AI, workflow automation, and data quality.
