Job summary

Consultative Search Group seeks a Practice Innovation Attorney – Client Engagement to help a global law firm advance client-facing AI initiatives and integrate innovative technologies into practice.

The role requires a JD, 2+ years as an attorney or legal technologist, with MBA preferred. You will lead AI strategy discussions, develop workflows, and train teams while traveling for client events as needed.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• MBA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the firm’s client-facing AI strategy and messaging in client meetings, RFPs, pitches and other events.
• Monitor AI market developments and adapt the firm’s market-facing strategy.
• Collaborate with practice groups, clients and cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and design innovative AI solutions.
• Develop and implement customized AI workflows, tools and playbooks for legal teams to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Support training sessions and identify skill gaps to enable adoption of new technologies.
• Assess information resources and technology tools to ensure alignment with the firm’s innovation strategy and compliance standards.
• Travel as required for client events and meetings.
