Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an Innovation Attorney to serve as a practice-facing resource for legal technology adoption, generative AI integration, and client-facing innovation. You will work with attorneys, practice leadership, and Innovation stakeholders to implement practical solutions that improve service delivery and client value.

The role requires a practitioner-minded attorney with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, capable of translating technology into actionable

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university and admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an attorney in a large law firm.
• Experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives across stakeholders.
• Experience supporting attorneys, clients, or internal stakeholders through change, training, or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives to improve delivery of legal services through process optimization, workflow design, and technology enablement.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value in workflows and service delivery models.
• Partners with attorneys and practice teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and tools.
• Designs dashboards, portals, and resources that provide clients with visibility into matter metrics and insights.
• Manages practice innovation projects from planning through execution and delivery.
