Job summary
King & Spalding seeks an Innovation Attorney to align the latest legal technologies and AI with litigation workflows, partnering with practice groups to optimize efficiency and value. You will act as a bridge between lawyers, clients, and the Technology Department to meet evolving needs.
Reporting to the Director of Practice Tech & AI, you will lead initiatives across the firm, collaborate with leadership, and promote adoption of innovative tools, while ensuring security and ethical use in legal
Qualifications
- JD or equivalent and admission to the state bar.
- 2+ years as practicing lawyer or legal operations role; litigation experience.
- Strategic application of innovative technology in litigation at a leading global firm.
- Familiarity with AI, legal tech tools, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with litigation practice groups to apply GenAI and tech resources to matters.
- Replicate practice group successes by applying lessons across teams.
- Configure legal technologies and create templates/workflows.
- Identify opportunities to enhance technology solutions for clients and groups.
- Liaise with clients on AI projects, workflows, and client guidelines.
