Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an Innovation Attorney to drive technology-enabled innovation and practical AI integration across practice groups in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with attorneys and leadership to deploy tools, create client-facing solutions, and manage innovations that improve service delivery and value. A JD and substantial experience with legal technology are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school.
• Admitted to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an attorney in a large law firm.
• Experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives to improve delivery of legal services through process optimization, workflow design, technology enablement, and operational best practices.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value by evaluating workflows and market trends.
• Partners with attorneys and teams to develop and improve processes, tools, and solutions that support service delivery.
• Acts as trusted advisor on practice innovation, technology, and service delivery strategies.
• Designs tools, dashboards, and reports providing clients with matter metrics and insights.
• Coordinates cross-functional workstreams across attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Supports collaboration solutions for clients, local counsel, and third parties.
• Promotes AI and legal tech use cases aligned with workflows and firm priorities.
