Confidential law firm seeks an Innovation Attorney with a transactional background to design AI training, build workflows, and mentor attorneys adopting generative AI across practices.

You’ll guide implementation, create practice-specific applications, and help embed AI into daily tasks while staying ahead of new tools and governance needs.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission.
• 3–5+ years of transactional practice.
• Experience teaching, training, or simplifying complex concepts.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of how law firms actually work.
• Instructional design or KM background.
• Familiarity with legal tech platforms.
• Genuine curiosity about the future of legal practice.
