Selective Insurance seeks an experienced underwriting professional to serve as a subject-matter expert for LOB underwriting practices. You will develop guidelines, analyze coverage questions, and support the training framework for regional personnel and SBUs.

You’ll handle referrals, monitor profitability, and drive standardization across guidelines and tools while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.
