• 2+ years of B2B outside sales.
• Track record of hitting quota.
• Technical aptitude to discuss electrical products.
• Self-driven and relationship-first.
• Valid driver’s license; Inland Empire knowledge a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow the Inland Empire territory — prospect, build, and close with electrical contractors, distributors, GCs, and developers.
• Run the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, presentations, quoting (with our Quotation team), negotiation, and close.
• Hit and exceed revenue and margin targets; manage your pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with quoting, engineering, and production to deliver for customers on time.
• Represent SimpleBuild at job walks, industry events, and trade associations.
• Capitalize on the region's industrial, logistics, and data-center construction boom.
