Total Plastic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Set-Up Technician to prepare and change molds for injection molding lines. You will align molds, connect utilities, and verify equipment operates safely on a production floor.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to quality systems (ISO 13485/AS9100) and training operators in proper procedures while supporting continuous improvement and safe practices.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production schedules and process sheets.
• Injection molding setup experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and prep injection molding machines per procedures.
• Perform mold changes including removal, installation, alignment.
• Connect/disconnect water, hydraulic, electrical lines and mold-related equipment.
• Set machine parameters and verify operation of auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Train operators and assist with machine interruptions.
• Follow ISO 13485, AS9100 and ISO standards to maintain QMS.
