Job summary

Essentra is seeking a motivated Set-Up Technician to support our injection molding operations. You will perform mold changes, install/remove molds and auxiliary equipment, and prepare presses for production runs, helping Process Technicians with daily production needs.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have experience with mold setup, powered pallet jacks, and overhead cranes, and

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes and install/remove molds and auxiliary equipment.
• Prepare presses for production runs and assist with daily production requirements.
• Complete daily setup checklists and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Operate powered pallet jacks and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Work overtime as needed to support production requirements.
