Job summary

Total-Plastic-Solutions, LLC seeks a Set-Up Technician to install, prepare, and store injection molds and related equipment on the production floor in Lynchburg, VA. You will work with Process Engineers, Operators, Quality Leaders and supervisors to optimize setup and tooling.

Responsibilities include mold changes, connecting lines, setting machine parameters, and ensuring safety and quality per ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills with measuring tools.
• Experience with injection molding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines per procedures and schedules.
• Perform mold changes, installation, alignment.
• Connect water, hydraulic, electrical lines and hot runners.
• Set machine parameters and verify cooling and conveyors.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform routine maintenance.
• Train operators and follow ISO 13485, AS9100, and ISO standards.
