Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled Process Technician to manage mold changes, set up injection molding processes, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes reducing downtime, maximizing machine efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience with thermoplastics, reading blueprints and setup sheets, and training others. OverTime and weekend shifts may be required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow work instructions and setup sheets.
• 5+ years in plastics manufacturing and mold changes preferred.
• Experience with IATF practices is preferred.
• Ability to train others and participate in continuous improvement.
• Willing to work overtime and varying shifts.
• Forklift certification and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize uptime by monitoring processes and reducing downtime.
• Set up, start up, shut down, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Perform mold changes including installation and alignment.
• Document process parameters per setup sheets and specs.
• Load and adjust temperatures, pressures, and cycle times.
• Inspect parts using calipers, gauges and other tools.
• Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive scrap reduction through process improvements.
• Maintain 5S and safe work environment; follow LOTO and PPE rules.
• Assist in training Process Technicians and Operators.
