Job summary

You will supervise the Quality Department, ensure inspections meet requirements, and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Management to prevent defects and improve quality.

The role emphasizes floor presence, directing Quality Technicians/Inspectors, and timely escalation of quality concerns to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 5+ years in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficiency with SPC and quality tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Quality Department on the production floor and coordinate daily activities.
• Monitor processes for compliance with work instructions and inspectors' checks.
• Control nonconforming material and coordinate disposition actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain quality records and ensure documentation accuracy.
