Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks an experienced technician to support injection molding processes and related equipment. You will set up, troubleshoot and maintain molding machines, molds, and automation, ensuring parts stay in specification and records are accurately kept.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, and safe operation practices. Strong teamwork and problem solving are essential, with working knowledge of electronics and machinery controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining injection molding equipment.
• Own trade-related tools required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding, blending and grinding processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance for molds, machines and related automation.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain injection mold machines, molds and associated equipment including automation and support equipment.
• Maintain inventory for machine molds and related equipment.
• Set up and operate machines and related equipment.
• Maintain work records (work orders, PMs, materials and parts) on computerized maintenance system.
