Atalys, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician in Asheboro, NC to perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on injection molding and automation equipment. The role emphasizes documenting activities and maintaining reliability of production and facilities equipment.

The candidate should have experience with molding machines such as Arburg, Engel, or Milacron, and read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in injection molding maintenance.
• Knowledge of Arburg, Engel, Milacron molding machines.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic systems.
• Program and maintain take-out robots.
• Install and validate equipment and document results.
• Document maintenance activities to quality system requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
• Support mold changes and setups to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors to locate spare parts.
• Comply with ISO and OSHA regulations.
