SMC Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support molded production equipment and keep the facility running at peak uptime. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machines, and collaborate with operators to minimize downtime in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and experience with injection molding systems. A strong safety mindset and adherence to ISO/OSHA work instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical and hydraulic training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance program through IQMS.
• Repair, adjust, maintain and re-assemble machines, mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot primary and secondary manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and fabricate production equipment; welding, cutting, assembly, painting, finishing.
• Regular attendance.
