Job summary

Acushnet Company in New Bedford, MA is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support injection molding operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding equipment and related automation to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, own trade tools, and a solid mechanical background. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and collaborate with production teams to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining injection molding equipment.
• Own trade-related tools required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection molding, blending and grinding processes.
• Maintain preventive maintenance for molds, machines, and related automation.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of injection mold machines, molds, and associate equipment including automation, and support equipment including blenders, grinders, conveying equipment, hoists, and hoppers.
• Maintain inventory for machine molds, and related equipment. Set up and process of machines and related equipment.
• Maintain work records (work orders, PM's, Materials and parts) on computerizedMaintenance system.
