Job summary

SMC Ltd. is a globally recognized premium supplier to the medical market with locations throughout the world. Hands-on molding and machine troubleshooting specialist required to improve uptime and support a robust Preventative Maintenance program.

Responsibilities include monitoring the PM program via IQMS, repairing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting manufacturing lines, and ensuring compliance with lockout/tagout and OSHA requirements. Twelve-hour shift flexibility may be needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with injection molding equipment.

• Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Repair, adjust, maintain and re-assemble machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot primary and secondary manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and fabricate production equipment including welding and painting.
