Job summary

Merz Aesthetics is seeking an Injectable Territory Manager to drive sales growth across a California territory. You will build strong relationships with accounts, understand the injectable market, and lead product campaigns to increase utilization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field sales, experience in aesthetics, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate with marketing to hit quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field sales role.
• Ideal candidate will have sales experience in the aesthetics space.
• Proven successful track record with a quota-based compensation plan.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize, simultaneously support multiple customers, and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Strive for consistent achievement of quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive territory growth.
• Provide a quarterly business plan/forecast with action items.
• Develop and support existing customers and drive new business.
• Partner with accounts to ensure product utilization and marketing efforts.
• Train accounts on on-label indications and injections.
• Travel within territory as required.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
