Job summary

Merz Aesthetics in the United States seeks an Injectable Territory Manager to drive sales growth and build strong business relationships within your territory. You will focus on expanding product utilization through education, partnerships, and open houses where appropriate.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, with a proven quota-based track record, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field sales role.
• Ideal candidate will have sales experience in the aesthetics space.
• Proven successful track record with a quota-based compensation plan.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong business relationships within your territory.
• Strive for consistent achievement of quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
• Monitor market and competition by analyzing sales results, trends, and opportunities.
• Provide a quarterly business plan/forecast identifying account strategies and tracking mechanisms.
• Grow and develop existing customers and drive territory/product expansion.
• Partner with accounts to ensure product utilization, marketing, and promotions.
• Train accounts on on-label indications and injection training where allowed by state guidelines.
• Travel as required by territory size and location, living within or near the geography.
• Follow all company policies and procedures with integrity.
