Job summary

Merz North America, Inc. is seeking an Injectable Territory Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships within the Atlanta territory.

You will execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize product utilization and promotions. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' field sales experience.
• Ideal candidate will have sales experience in the aesthetics space.
• Proven track record with quota-based compensation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple customers, and time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong business relationships within territory.
• Execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and yearly objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Provide quarterly business plans and forecasts to Regional Director.
• Train accounts on product indications and injection training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounts.
