Job summary

Merz Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated Injectable Territory Manager in the Atlanta, GA area to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with key accounts. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the injectable market and a proven track record in field sales.

You will plan accounts, analyze market trends, train customers on product indications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand territory. Travel will be required based on territory size and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ field sales experience.
• Ideal candidate has aesthetics sales experience.
• Proven track record with quota-based compensation.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of prioritizing multiple accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong business relationships within the territory.
• Analyze market trends and sales results to identify opportunities.
• Develop quarterly business plans and forecast account strategies.
• Train accounts on on-label product indications and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand territory and product utilization.
• Support offices with events, promotions, and open houses as needed.
