Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications current.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records for patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion nursing care within RN scope and hospital policies.
• Coordinate therapy plans with pharmacy, physicians, and staff.
• Maintain infusion therapy records in EMR and paper charts.
• Schedule patients and manage referrals for infusion services.
• Assist with policy implementation and staff guidance as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
