BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations and plan of care in patientse homes across the Boston area. You will oversee infusion care and ensure quality, adequacy, and compliance within our Rockstar Clinical Team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of clinical home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy experience (2–3 years) including TPN and medications.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Manage scheduling and ensure staff coverage for all cases.
