BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations, plan patient care, and supervise the nursing team across multiple Massachusetts locations. The role emphasizes infusion therapy oversight, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of home health or hospice experience, with flexibility for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification is required.
• Reliable car, driver’s license and auto insurance.
• 2–3 years of clinical home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusion therapy, including TPN.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets standards.
• Ensure regulatory and company compliance in home health.
• Supervise and manage home care nursing team; hiring and training.
• Manage scheduling and staff coverage for cases.
