BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to manage clinical operations, plan of care, and staff supervision across our home care services. You will lead infusion-related care and ensure regulatory compliance while growing your career within a Rockstar Clinical Team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation (Massachusetts).
• CPR certification required.
• IV infusion therapy expertise with 2–3 years of experience.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Conduct in-home assessments ensuring regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise home care nursing team including hiring, training, evaluating staff.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all cases.
