BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to manage clinical operations. You will lead the Rockstar Clinical Team, oversee Plan of Care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance, especially infusion care.

The role offers full-time/part-time/per-diem options with flexible home-based scheduling. Active RN license and CPR are required; IV infusion and wound care expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with IV infusion therapy.
• Wound care knowledge and NPWT/Wound VAC familiarity.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexible and available for various shifts, including on-call situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
