BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations in home care services. You will own plan of care management, supervise nursing staff, and ensure clinical compliance, especially in infusion. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team.

You will join a dedicated Rockstar Clinical Team providing full support to advance your career while delivering high-quality patient care across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of operation is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• IV infusion therapy expertise with experience in TPN and related care.
• Proven problem-solving and fast decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations and documentation requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
