BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a part-time or per-diem Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations. You will plan care, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee infusion services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of operation.
• 2-3 years experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV infusion therapy expertise with 2-3 years experience.
• CPR certification and leadership ability.
• Strong care plan development and regulatory knowledge.
• Quality assurance, risk management and incident reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee home health regulations, documentation and reporting.
• Supervise nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Guide nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and staff coverage for home care cases.
