BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and manage the clinical operations of our home care services in the Massachusetts area. You will own plan of care management, staff supervision, and ensure clinical compliance, especially in infusion.

You will be part of a Rockstar Clinical Team with growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care to families in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation (Massachusetts).
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with IV infusions and infusion therapy.
• Minimum 2–3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure regulatory and company standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Schedule and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
