BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical operations for our home care services. You will own Plan of Care management, supervise staff, ensure clinical compliance, and coordinate infusion-related care.

The role offers hourly pay of $50–$60 depending on experience and case complexity, with opportunities for advancement in Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Maynard, Lincoln, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation (Massachusetts).
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusion therapy (2–3 years).
• Wound care experience including NPWT/Wound VAC management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments ensuring regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations; documentation and reporting.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all cases.
