Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Ability/Experience with inserting IVs; vascular access may be required.
• NJ State RN license and BLS/HCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in patients' homes with infusion therapy.
• Coordinate care plans, document within EMR, and follow physician orders and timelines.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Remain compliant with payor authorizations and visits per plan of care.
