Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health At Home seeks a registered nurse to deliver in-home care with a strong emphasis on IV therapy and patient-centered treatment. You will work one-to-one with patients in their homes, ensuring safe IV insertions and documentation.

The role supports flexible scheduling and professional growth within a nurturing team. The ideal candidate has an RN license with at least 1 year of experience, proficiency in computer tools, and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• RN with 1+ year of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care with a focus on IV therapy
• Perform vascular access and related infusion procedures
• Complete infusion tests and maintain accurate documentation
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
• Utilize Google Suite/Microsoft Office for charting and reporting
