Job summary

Infusion For Health in Chico, CA is seeking an outside Sales Representative to drive growth for our infusion centers in the Redding and Chico regions. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience developing physician relationships and driving referrals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies and goals.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, driving revenue growth.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume physician practices in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
• Educate physicians and their teams on Infusion For Health’s services.
• Identify key target providers and increase referral volume.
• Monitor provider performance and collaborate on tactics to boost referrals.
• Work with pharmaceutical reps, health plans, and local health systems.
• Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams to improve engagement.
